Getting a Library Card


To get a library card, download an Adult Registration Form or Juvenile Patron Registration Form and:

Email completed form to your home library.

You will receive your library card number and pin number by email allowing you to checkout or download.

You can pick up your library card at your home library in person with appropriate identification.

Register in person at one of the branch libraries.

Provide identification.  (Picture ID with current address.)

Juveniles under 18 years of age may get a library card with the signature of parent/guardian.

Library cards for out-of-state residents: $15 annual fee.

Agency library cards: May be issued with the approval of the regional library director.

Replacement cards: $2 fee if card is lost.
